Lightbulb Greetings from Florida

Hello everyone.

I have been passionate about boating since childhood. My family got a Grady White lately and I worked on getting licensed a few months ago. Can't wait to give it a go myself. I also recently started my entrepreneurship venture in the field of marine electronics and computing as I got some ideas on how I can shake the market up. I'm close to finishing my studies at the university and my business got accepted for their incubator program, so I've been pretty occupied getting stuff done but it's safe to say I got some future insured.

Hope everyone here is safe during these times.

Welcome to the Forum, Jack!

I don't know what a Grady White is. How big? Monohull or multi?

Fair winds,

Re: Greetings from Florida

Grady White is a fishing power boat. Which does not require licensing in Florida, by the way.

Oh, now I know why I've never heard of it (sailor here).

Is it in the 30'-40' range?

I think they start around 20 feet, open bow kind. Not sure how large they get when they grow.

Grady White has focused on the mid 30s but recently came out with a 45' center console.

One of the best offshore, deep V power boats with a price to match.
