Greetings from Capt Phil

Am very new to CF and have enjoyed the last few days responding to threads that were of interest. I have about 60 years of sailing and delivering powerboats under my keel which include many years of commercial towboating and fishing the west coast and hold a 100 ton USCG license along with a Sr. Mates Certification for Canadian Coastal Waters. Now live shoreside having sold my liveaboard DeFever 54 a few years back, I'd be happy to offer advice to anyone on maritime issues. Remember, the advice is worth exactly what you pay for it... cheers, Capt phil
