Has anyone heard anything about River Cities Condos? (Link below) I was browsing
boat listings in my area and a $1.8 million dollar 'houseboat' came up. There are not many house boats in the Minneapolis area, so my curiosity lead me to click on it. I would have never imagined what I was stumbling upon. A floating city that cruises the rivers of the U.S.! This looks like one of those scenarios, where putting
money down means you will never see it again.
Putting aside that this will most likely never be built, what other fundamental problems do you see with this 'boat's plan?
