Sailboat to rent/liveaboard in Chesapeake Bay/Annapolis, MD?

Is anyone aware of a sailboat that I could rent and liveaboard near Annapolis, MD in Spring 2025?

I’m a graduate student at Towson. Considering an externship placement at a special education school in Edgewater next spring. Only way I could take the role is if i found somewhere down there to move for the semester. I’ve always wanted to live on a boat. Don’t have pets, don’t smoke, and can share references.
