Pet food

Trying to wrangle my head around cruising with pets in the caribbeans…. can you even buy pet food there affordably? It’s a lot to ask to have (a) pet onboard, but I have (2) border collies. Lov’em to death… sweet and brilliant (even thought about training them on docking ropes!).
I’m aware of the hoops and documentation I’ll have to carry through for spay & neuter, and exhaustive shots…. all the records.
I (am) thinking about other options, kennels, friends, etc., but it is interesting to think about hauling 6 mo. worth of food, vs. buying. Thoughts?

people living on the island also have pets....
'jes sayin'....

as an aside never met a dog that wasn't willing to eat any and everything put in front or their nose..
your border collies sound pampered....probably want to eat with a knife and fork as well
