Any Liveaboards in the Adriatic Here?

I've spent the past couple of weeks in Split, Croatia (so on the Adriatic) and although there is no shortage of nice boats that could be great liveraboards, when I asked locals they said nobody lives on their boat, at least here in Split. This includes someone whose husband is in the boating business. I also looked around the large port and marina last weekend and saw no obvious liveaboards anywhere, so I guess at least in Split it is ´not done´.
