For what its worth... I sailed from Muskegon, Lake Michigan to Nova Scottia a few years ago and one of the most wonderful stops along the way was Montreal.

Now, thats one pretty city! Nice people, good lookin womens, great food and drinks...

Its well worth it!

I was fortunate to have travelled about the Thousand Islands area to include going up the locks from Kingston. I can't say enough about how great a trip it was. I have dreamed about the trent severn and other areas off of the lakes and hopefully I will get to do it after retirement. This trip will be to simply get the boat from Michigan to New Jersey so although I will get to see a lot, I will miss much more due to time constraints. In should serve as a reminder of how I have to make sure I spend some time back there when I can!
