Re: 3/8" Original (old style) Mantus Chain Hook

We had the chain come out of the hook twice. I got one of the plastic safety things and it broke right away. For me, the reason the chain got out is because the hook drags around on the bottom. I've stopped letting that happen anymore.
I tried a soft link that I made, it failed.
