portimao is more likely,you can anchor just inside the breakwater.
70 euros a night in a marina everywhere else.......that would otherwise buy a lot of beer

i thought he sed this was last leg.... hoping it is so, a seach stop yields disaster for boaty man.. he needs to just go. and go and go until time to sleep then after that, write to us that he lived thru it and so did his boat.
i bet a nickel.

The forecast I'm seeing is that once he turns the corner, it's going to be on the nose until Tuesday with a northerly between 10 and 20knots at times. No nasty swell, so perhaps it would be an ok sail.
If he stays at sea tonight it looks like the winds will swing around more northerly which will give him a beam reach to the corner.
