Help Identifying Burgees (Likely Pacific Northwest)

When we bought our Hunter 41AC two years ago there were three burgees on board. I have identified one of them as being for the Portland Yacht Club but I've had no luck on the remaining two (images attached). I know that the original owner of our boat took delivery of it in the Seattle area and did a lot of sailing in the Puget Sound vicinity. At some point, the boat was moved to Portland, Oregon and the owner just before us (the second, I think) kept it in Portland.

I have checked the International Burgee Registry for all of the Portland area yacht clubs that I can find and I've checked there, too, for a few yacht clubs in Seattle.

Does anyone recognize either of these two burgees?

The swallowtail looks like it could be a personal signal. Hard to know.
