In the area I sailed my Tiki along the UK S coast and Brittany the tides are pretty high.. just act accordingly..
Arrive at low water.. beach her as high as possible then run your anchor up the beach.. if there's a chance of breakers run one off the stern as well on a bridle with short-ish scope to keep her stern to then swim out when you want to go, and bring her in to pick up the others... mid tide.. beach her... high water... anchor knee deep.. just never forget to put out that hook..
You'll soon find what's easiest and best.

That endangered sand job was a most selfless act... It's volunteers like yourself... saving the precious resources required for the proliferation of scantily clad women that make this world a better place...
