So that is around 8 pay someone bottom cleanings for me. Or around 200 self cleanings using my hookah

2000k for a 36 boat, i never ever haul out annualy, waste of money , 3 coats with Trinidad and diving scrub occasionally, if i can squeeze 2 years or 2 seasons im happy with that.

Exactly. A high quality hard paint (or even certain ablatives), properly applied and you should get 2-3 years of good performance.

You would think one of these miracle cure companies would do a "twin study" with their magic on one hull of a catamaran, the other hull normal. I'm still a bit skeptical from the old Algea-X claims of magnetic fuel polishing.....

Goboatingnow - how will you know? How will you quantify "better?" Presumably, boat will be hauled and painted during installation. How do you compare performance of new paint with device to 2-years ago when your paint was last new (before device)?
