How do you cut this fiberglass?

I use large, heavy old style scissors for all types of fiberglass cloth. Works fine.

There are really good scissors availble for Kevlar and other aramids: Clauss makes a nice micro-serrated titanium pair that I use every day; Vampire Tools makes another.
For normal E-glass, best thing is large shears kept sharp; there's grinder jigs available out there for putting a perfect angle on your shears. I like the take-apart shears because you can clean them easily after trimming wet glass.
