Anything other than white is kinder to the eyes. Less glare is good!

If you live aboard, a deck that requires shoes just isn’t practical. I must go out on deck 20-40 times a day… putting shoes on / off each time just wouldn’t work.

Besides, here in the Carib (or Aus) you wear sunnies whenever you’re outside anyway as everything is too bright, not just the deck.
