As long as the teak-to-deck bedding is still bonding...Using a plunge-base router (with a self-stick sanding disc on the base, to prevent it from moving during the operation) and 3/8" carbide, bottom-cutting end mill, create a shallow plug hole at each exposed screw tip. Epoxy a teak plug and trim flush after curing. Very fast and cost effective. And saves the deck plus a lot of work.

IIRC, the plug cutter I have for making 5/16 teak plugs has an OD that works fine for 5/8 teak plugs... or maybe bigger... cant remember. Not sure how you start these when not in a drill press though.....
