You don't need to go. Anyone who can apologise will have that apology accepted by good people.

Hang around for a while and see what we get up to on this forum. You will also see we get lots of people of ALL ages coming on with a high dream. We treat most as skeptically as yours. But the people who stay turn the dream into an achievable goal... And many succeed.

Sailing around the world takes a lot of character. It's your dream. Don't let anyone knock you off point...

Even a bunch of old dudes on the internet. As MarkJ says stick around.

If you want to know about sailing this is the right place.

I think what I meant was "A native should be able, too"

But perhaps the correct phrase then is "A native should be able to, too"?

Yep. I have one. They say every vicar should. Now I am not sure why natives hate vicars but I can imagine their reasons can't be all that different from mine.

Lap lap we did not take with us as the next destination was a country where imports of all plant and soil material is strictly forbidden ;-) Still, we loved it there and we are going to revisit as soon as the kitty is happy.
