Greetings Multihull Enthusiasts!

Members and non members please join us on zoom or in person next Tuesday, May 7 for our Northwest Multihull Association club meeting. We have a great menu prepared for you!

Doors open 630pm (Seattle time), for our usual pre-meeting mingling get-to-know-you and potluck dinner. Consider bringing a potluck dish that you would, or have, PREPARED ON YOUR BOAT to share (it's not a contest... but it could be...). Or just bring yourself and/or whatever you wish.

Our location is the Puget Sound Yacht Club on beautiful Lake Union, 2321 North Northlake Way, Seattle.

Around 7 we will have a short club update/meeting. Quickly followed by our presenter's program:

For an appetizer, we have prepared a short show-and-tell by Ginnie Jo, highlighting the fabulous gold star finish on the interior additions she made to Undaunted, her home built (by the previous owner) 31' Farrier F9A trimaran. I'm curious to see if there are any kid specific touches for her young family.

The Main Course (presentation) will be presented by Jessica and Jeff, and will consist of meal preparation tricks, cleaning tips, and closely held secrets on creating gourmet meals onboard small boats with minimal galleys while cruising. Jeff will elaborate on the good, the bad, and the ugly aspects of caloric consumption while racing. At the end of the course there will be time for others to chime in too. So, if you have a special trick or solution to culinary challenges onboard, feel free to chime in! Jessica is a wonderful cook aboard her and her husband's Corsair F31 trimaran and Jeff has cruised for years and raced his F9A in the the multi-day adventure race; R2AK a couple times

For dessert there will be a slide show loop playing of our club's Port Ludlow Rendezvous on April 27/28.

If you are unable to join us in person, you are welcome to attend via the zoom link provided below. However, I suggest you bring your own food and drink as our digital team has yet to perfect digital food transport... maybe next year.
