Believe it or not, there's not a common bulkhead between the two forward berths on the Privilege 39. There's a gap of around 10" or so between them which contains the
mast compression post, and all the
wiring that goes up the mast. There's a junction box in there for
lighting in the forward berths, too. Actually, it's really two gaps, as it's further divided into an upper and lower section.
As amarinesurveyor said, it's probably not a viable option. Even if you were to do it, you'd just end up with a huge, double-length
bed with a pole going through it, in a very narrow cross-section of
hull. Not sure how usable that space would be for you.
