At any machine shop with a lathe? If it isn't a common width and pin size.

I think they're wanting the whole assembly. But even that is just a reasonably precisely bent piece of sheet metal.

But even with that, I'd just go to West Marine or check online for something that's similar. There's no reason the bow roller needs to be a 100% match to the original.

But the angle and contour of the "vertical plate" needs to match the specific boat's bow and the six bolt holes need to match the existing mounting points.

If you want an identical one made bring it to a machine shop that deals with ss welding. Or you could always call garhauer marine and speak with Mark.....

Judging from the VERY worn holes in the structure, I'd assume he means the whole thing. If that were mine, I'd certainly be looking at a complete replacement. The roller looks like the only part that is still in reasonable condition

It may have been fabricated from rectangular hollow section.

Not a lot wrong with it that could not be fixed in half an hour with TIG and a drill bit.

thanks for the clarification. I think that many welding shops could replicate the structure for you as others have suggested. I'd add the suggestion that you might use a different roller wheel design... one with a larger diameter and with a groove to hold the chain in correct alignment with the gypsy. The larger diameter will reduce frictional losses as the chain bends around it and the alignment helps reduce hockling in the chain... both good things!
