What rudder?

Hi does anyone recognise this rudder.(see attachment). Looks like it came off a 12 ft. dinghy.

looks like it came off a faering, a small boat built in the norse tradition.

It has the look at the rudder head of Norse type design, but it is a side to side tiller, not a faering type, which is a push/pull tiller attached to an arm which inserts into the rudderhead.
