Surveyor in Miami

Any recommendations for a good surveyor in the Miami/Key Largo area?

The best I know is captain John Banister from suenos azule surveying. He does incredible work.
There are several, even some with a supposed"great reputation" who come across as knowledge and really nice, that absolutely suck, are not accredited or have been Dis credited, carry no E&O insurance. We had 2 surveys done by the supposedly best cat guy out there and we ended up with a survey where he copied and pasted everything. We had a boat name from one vessel, engines from 2 others, yeah 4 different serial numbers in 2 places and neither were ours. Incorrect AC, Reefer, etc etc... then find out it was the reason he lost accreditation from all the complaints and brokers still recommend the guy.
