Surveyor in Venezuela or know someone/surveyor who can take a look?
I posted this a few other places and got no reply (I know VZ is not a popular place but cruisers are there!), so I thought I would try a post here. Is anyone in Venezuela or know someone who is there who could take cursory look a boat on Isla Margarita?
If not I may employ a surveyor to fly there from Miami for a day or so to look it over, (3 hr nonstop plus a puddle jump). I believe I can get someone to meet you at the Isla Margarita airport with a car, driver & accomodations.
Can any one recommend a surveyor who would do this.
Its small but significant French production builder, 40+ catamaran about 15 years old said to be in reasonable shape.
Boat is on the hard with bottom work being done and owner present.
