Looking for a 2 Cabin/2 head sailboat 38-44'

We've loved our "starter boat" - a Catalina 36 Mark 1. Now that we're comfortable with that, we are ready for our next (maybe last) boat and want a 2 cabin/2 head layout that would accommodate us and another couple (we would not be going more than a weekend with guests but want them to be comfortable).

The Catalina 400 is looking good right now, but was wondering about other options. My folks have an Irwin 38 center cockpit that is great, but we're interested in something newer (2000-2010).

We have a 46' slip, so that's the absolute max size. Hoping to keep the budget under control (under 135k).

We mostly cruise around Long Island Sound/Block Island but we could go to Maine or even down to the Bahamas in the future.
