Interior build out

Hi there I just looked any steel 34 feet sloop rig that has no interior at all just bare hull and ribs how much to fit it out reasonably well not yachty as much a functional or workman like?

Really impossible to answer that question. Just to many variables. Best answer is next to nothing or all you have.

The hull is a tiny portion of the expense of building a yacht.

From a hull and deck on a 30 footer with engine already done it took me 2.5 years working nights and most weekends. It's a big job. As mentioned, the hull deck are cheap compared with the rest! Hull and decks that aren't completed should pretty much be free... and even then it will cost you much more than buying a working boat.
However, if you are up for that task, you will know every inch of your boat when done.

No I do not think I am. I can buy a bigger steel boat that is ready to go for less than he wants. He wants 20000.
