Dock and Go does not recognise Simrad Autopilot

Hi, I am new here. Currently completing a North Atlantic circuit and learning a lot about boat jobs as I go. One I cannot fathom is why the ‘Dock and Go’ system has stopped taking control of the wheel through the Simrad autopilot. It used to centre the wheel and hold it in that position during manoeuvres. The rest of the system (throttle, bow thrusters and rotating sail drive) all continue to work as it should. Have had a SIMRAD agent on board and he could not figure it so wondering if anyone else has had this experience? Thanks.

Why does it even matter whether the helm locks or not? If the simrad technician can’t explain it, I certainly can’t. Good luck with finding the problem.

Sounds like he has a cat so the 'Stop & Go' which locks the rudders central would be important while manouvering with engines..
Rudders flopping around not good..
