Does anyone recognise this windlass?

I'm trying to identify the windlass installed on my new boat. There are no names or numbers visible on the outside. It Is protected by a 135A breaker, so it's likely in the 1000-1500w range. It was installed by past owners some time in the early 90's in Seattle.

I'd like to find if replacement parts for the gypsy clutch are available, and if it has a reversible motor. Right now it's just one direction.
