CSY44/mid ship boarding ladder

35 years ago we bought a west marine 6 step folding ladder (and they are still available) and we've been using it continuously since then,

It comes with two keyhole mounting plates but if you buy more sets of these you can install them on both sides or other places and shift this ladder.

It's strong enough to support me or heavier people, but light enough to move around.

TIP:
Put a short leash on it with a clip which you clip to the life line before you hang it over the side.

Like everything else, this ladder should be carried below deck which sailing to keep the decks clear.
