i want to build a colin archer type
cutter
or other to sell, which size is more likely to sell as a cruising home, 9 metre, 11 mt , 13 mt or other , thank you pete

Lots of variables....but I would think the 11 or 13 meter would be the way to go.

boats
& millions of secondhand ones
for sale
, so its much easier to buy s/ hand

A bit of a niche market. on both purpose and vessel type for a build to sell.
As a 1st build may be hard to get the custom built premium $$$, instead of the
DIY
built discount..........
