Crew Wanted: BVI-Bahamas-Beaufort-Boston

We are looking for additional crew for the second and third legs of the upcoming passage, which starts at Tortola in the first week of April (2024)
The first leg from Tortola and St Thomas to Bahamas is pretty well crewed up. The second leg will run from Georgetown/ Exumas to Beaufort NC. That's where we could use more crew right now, along with the last leg to Massachusetts.


Boat is an Island Packet 38 cutter.


Dates run from 2nd/3rd wk of April though first half of May.


Crew can join 2nd or 3rd leg of trip, or both.


Boat supplies room/ board, but otherwise crew is expected to provide their own transport, clothing and personal items.


Great opportunity for experienced sailor to earn additional days at sea toward captain's license.


For less experienced crew, must have some sailing background to discuss. Beyond that, this could be a wonderful chance to gain experience at sail handling, use of electronic instruments, and general boat handling.
