Crew Wanted: 3rd crew for Hawaii - Mexico delivery

Delivery from Hawaii to Mexico leaving late March is looking for newly credentialed or experienced amateur. Licensed Captain & Licensed Mate will be on board already, so offering only a modest pay rate.
A US PASSPORT is mandatory. This is a commercial delivery, some sailing experience is mandatory, and offshore experience is preferred. You will be the 3rd of 3 crew, and sharing all crew duties. Boat runs non-stop on rotating watch schedule. Expect 20+ days underway offshore and a day or two on each end for boat prep & turnover. No smoking, vaping, or alcohol on the boat.

2011 Voyage 440, complete refit & repower in 2017. Private owner, never chartered. New electronics & watermaker in 2022. Appropriate Life Safety equipment for offshore passages. You'll have private bunk & quarters, shared head.

Meals, Travel & Pay: Boat pays for provisions. Veggies/Pescies OK. Travel reimbursed. Pay depends on experience.
