Re: Won Lottery now what

I really recommend you sell that old yacht and buy a commercial fishing boat. The rest is easy!!! You just keep fishing 'till the money is all gone

Re: Won Lottery now what

Ok, you and I can look at boats, and I will live on it and run it for you and give trips to needy people that have no idea about boating. I am licensed 100 Ton + I have been a Captain since 1985. Yep I'm a bit older now but i feel like 50. I play serious golf, workout, etc. So let me have my dream (90' Yacht works for me) and you can come anytime for a cruise. The vessel will be in your name, and we can name her "My Way" I can take kids or elderly but I would need a cruse as well. Ok, let me know, thanks.

https://courageoussailing.org/ is a great non profit sailing organization located on Boston Harbor that teaches kids how to sail and has adult programs too. I highly recommend contacting them directly.

A windfall would be nice. As would be a landfall after a long passage.
Maybe in your time zone. In mine it was already PM on 1 April.

Re: Won Lottery now what

Last year I played lotto once when it was up to 400+ mil or so. I thought about what would I do with 200 million if I won it. I decided I would take 2/3 of it set up a foundation and build a large apartment complex for the homeless including cafateria, clinic and vocational school. Free to the homeless of course.

I would then buy every RB anchorout a late model hunter, Catalina etc. and maybe open up a free clinic.

I would have also purchased perhaps a 40 foot cat for myself and put 4-5 mill in the bank and live off the interest. Not sure I want a two engine boat though.

Alas no big winner... Ended up breaking even on the ticket.

It was a nice dream and yes true. Alas here I am. Though still pretty happy with life. Dekat on the other hand.....

No. He just has to return to the non-course side of the line and re-start. (unless I, Z, U or Black flag rules are in effect)
