I use saildocs as our primary source of
weather - its has gribs (5 different models) plus the official text forecasts for most locations.
It's not really a 'website'. . . . more like an ftp
service with a windows interface . . . You download the free program (called viewfax) at
Airmail weather fax, get the 'beta version' (its now bug free), and then to get weather go to the file tab and click on 'get data' and you can immediately get (free) pretty much any weather information you ever could want.
The various sites above are decent, but saildocs offers more and more flexibility, and is not a
commercial business model so there is no pressure to sign up to extra fee services.
My second general purpose choice (and a 'real website) is the noaa site
National Weather Service Marine Forecasts, you can get the fax
charts and text forecasts and there is a grib server but it is clumsy.
Beyond that it depends specifically on where you are, for instance in
australia I would use
New South Wales Weather Coastal Observation Stations
