Help Needed Identifying My 14’ Dinghy .

I recently purchased a 14’ open fiberglass sailboat. The sail is not usable but there is a logo barely visible I don't know if it is the original sail. The craft has a swing back metal keel and metal rudder attached to the transom by a long pin through two mounted brackets. The Mast is just a 23’ Aluminum round pole so the sail would slide over it and the boom (aprox 11’) is also an aluminum pole with a “Y” more like a “U” at the mast end.
Can anybody please help me identify this boat?
