Help Identifying Magazine Article

Well, here's a mystery I've been trying to solve. Among the many pamphlets & manuals passed on when I purchased the boat was an old photocopy of a magazine article. The article was written by a former owner of the boat when it was named Mistris XI, & was about some cabin modifications he'd made. It's quite grainy though, & I'd love to find an original back issue or digital scan- but what magazine is it?

The article or column is called The Boatkeeper & appears to be a guest contribution as it was written by the boat owner. Unfortunately the magazine name or date do not appear anywhere on the photocopy. There is an advertisement on the same page for the Kelt 7.60, so that would date it between 1980-1984.

I contacted Great Lakes Boating magazine by email, since they appeared to have such a column from my internet search. However, they've replied that the article & author aren't familiar, so... I'm back to square one.

Below is an photo attachment of my copy of the article. Does it ring any bells with anyone?

Alaska Sea Grant put out a series of articles, entitled “Boatkeeper”; but they didsn’t include advertizing. Perhaps the article was adapted from an Sea Grant piece, and published in Pacific Fishing or another magazine.

Pacific Fishing - The Business Magazine for Fishermen - For commercial fishermen and seafood business professionals - with Today's Fish Wrap.

Amazon had this: " More boatkeeper: An all-new guide to boat maintenance, repair, and improvement : advice on keeping your boat shipshape from the columns of motor boating & sailing magazine " That should be the answer...
