dear Friends,

i'm writing in your forum, hoping to get information about a missing person: 22 years old, her name is Yael Rosenberg. she travels with an Israeli passport no. 13045497 last time she contacted her family was about a month ago, while she was in the Union Islands (Granedines). she was suposed to leave Union Islands and head to Bequia.
i attached a photo of hers. if anyone know anything about her, please contact me.

The southern Grenadines are a very safe area. Here are some phone numbers that might be helpful.

Union Island Customs 784-458-8360
Union Island Police 784-458-9229

Also, you can contact the folks who run the Caribbean Safety and Security Net and ask if they would put out a call to ask if any cruisers in the area have seen Yael.

was she on a boat ?if so, do you have info about the crew she was with?the name of the boat, hailing port,eta @ Bequia.good luck hope all is well..DVC

unfortunately, the only thing we know is that she used to "Hitchhike" and move from one island to another with random boats, who would agree to take her. we don't even know if she ever really left Union Island, as she planed. thas why we are totaly in the dark...

This incident on Friday night, July 1st 2nms from Union Island.

Did she have credit cards ? check with local banks, as from my expiriance when they stop selling money on the street you have got to go to the bank to get cash and then you have got to sign a reciept.Maybe able to garner some info. that would give you a time line.good luck DVC

She doesn't look too happy in the photo you posted.

With all due respect for both you and this potentially serious situation.....
What relation are you to this person??
Point being, it would be a shame for good intentioned people (Cruiser Forum Members) to help some with not so good intentions to find someone!
I do hope you don't take my question as non sympathetic.
