Sweden - question...

Hello,
my sailboat is located at Vättern lake, near Jönköping.

How i can reach the west coast of Sweden from that lake?
I know there is a connection but i am not very familiar..

I see also some Trollhatte canal next..

Is there some places where you have to take the mast down (like lower bridges..) or you can have it on all the way till Gothenburg?

Gota canal will take you to the east coast and it will also take you to lake Vanern from where you can use Trollhatte canal to get to the west coast. Both can be done with the mast up.
