1974 Paceship Yachts PY23
- Trailer included (new tires, bunk brackets/boards and hardware). Easily pulled with Class 2/3 hitch, the boat weighs 2300 pounds.
- Extensive refit listed below.
- Upgraded mast, standing rigging and running rigging.
- Sails in good condition.
- High-performance one-piece removable rudder.
- Two anchors.
- Evinrude 4.5 HP outboard with lifting outboard bracket. Carburetor has been rebuilt (starts every time). Remote fuel tank with new plumbing.
- Hooped cover for winter.
- With balasted swing keel up, she drafts only 21 inches. With keel down 4.75 Feet.
- The mast can be raised/lowered by one person using the included gin pole.
- The cabin is quite roomy for boat's size. The table folds up onto bulkhead.
