Want To Buy: Comfortable Sailboat for a family of four with three cabins.

Hello everyone and happy sailing ⛵!

I am just about to retire from the armed forces and the family and I want to start a new adventure. We are a family of four, my wife and I and two Children, a boy (10yod) and a little girl (6yod). We would like to find an affordable sailboat (<$50,000) with a minimum of three cabins so that we can all be comfortable.
So, if you or someone you know have such sailboat, and is interested in selling, please let me know.

I will guess you are in the US but this forum is international so mentioning your location will help a lot. Also if you are in the US, which coast?

$50,000 might buy you a three cabin boat depending on where you plan to sail. A good boat for cruising the Florida Keys might not be a good boat for crossing the ocean.

Some details about your cruising plans and boating experience would also be helpful to get a better suggestion for the right boat. Don't forget to keep some money aside for repairs and getting the boat ready to sail.

You are right!

We are in the US and are looking to cruise around the Caribbean and South America.

We used to have a 1969 Pearson triton 28 a couple of years ago and now are looking for something bigger and comfortable.
