No problems with any questions - also sent you a PM

1) No never had A/C - only battled with temps down in Trinidad when the boat was on the hard.
2) Have a little water coming in the bilge and wanted to make sure the keels are good - which they are.
3) I have piles of pics of the boat and the mods I've done to make it more comfortable. New shower heads and taps (Grohe) fitted.
4) No duty paid and will be moving out of US waters soon (South) for hurricane season.

Quick question. Grenada shows as being in Air lockdown. How are you planning of leaving? or receiving interested buyers? Wait it out?

Yep, Grenada is on Air lockdown at present. Grenada Cruisers Info on FB is pretty up to date with all relevant info.

We'll stay on the boat for hurricane season. We usually go to Trinidad to haul, do maintenance and then go home but that is also out for now. So, yes, we'll wait it out for now.
