You have to buy/borrow Victron’s MK3-USB interface to connect to the VE.bus port on the Multiplus. Then can upload the new firmware using either an Android phone, or a laptop. The required Android app and windows software are provided free of charge by Victron.

Has anyone used Electromaxx and Victron ...in particular the alternators and external regulators and the Electromaxx Lithium batteries ?????
