Should I replace this setup?

This is the A/C set up in the boat I recently bought. The household outlet box looks hinky to me. Charger is plugged into it.

How would you change it up?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Should I replace this setup?

Using house type circuit breakers and boxes was not that uncommon in the 70s.

Re: Should I replace this setup?

Is that triplex cord going from the breaker box to the outlet stranded marine grade conductor or Home Depot solid core copper wiring ?

I don't see a galvanic isolator.

Is that an inverter on the far side of the breaker box ?

I'll look at it today to confirm.

Noted. I'll poke around. Some things are mounted oddly on this boat.

It's a ProMariner battery charger
