Go back and read your very own post about, using a 5Ma, after a 30Ma ELCI.

It's the same.

The downline-series connected GFCI will fault first, leaving everything up stream working, same as the ELCI, with a GFCI in series.

All the GFCI units have the same trip threshold. There is no way to predict which GFCI in a series string will trip. It could be any or all of them.

Dan,

The down-line parrelle connected GFCI will fault first, leaving everything up stream working, same as the ELCI, with a GFCI in Parallel.

After further review, I may have stated wrongly, what in my mind was right.

When running more then one Ground Fault interrupter inline, they should be run in parallel with the main circuit...not series.

Meaning, that the down line is un-protected by the up line fault interrupter. Unless its a GF Main, then a sub-circuit GF branch.

It gets so complicated when trying to explain it to LUCY over the internet.
