Source of Water in keel Lagoon 50

Hoping for some help. Can anyone confirm whether these keels are sacrificial? My 2008 Lagoon 50 has osmosis damage and during haul out we found a LOT of water in both keels. Drilled holes in the bottom of keels and foul salt water came pouring out.
I can’t find the source of the water getting in. Done the blow and bubble test and can’t find any Source. Cannot see the top of the keels from bilge area because of tanks. Are these keels sacrificial? Any ideas how to find this ? We are in the process of peeling the bottom and the boat has dried out enough to start filling and I still cannot find the source of the water in the keels.
