We need a well experienced captain and a first mate to reposition a Jeanneau Sun Odyssey 44i from BVI to Miami. What does it cost (including fuel, provisions, labor, return airfare etc}?

Still looking for that first mate? Im in St Thomas just off a delivery from Maryland and looking to get back to the states. Recent college grad with around 3000 offshore miles and all my own gear. Comfortable standing solo watches and with all aspects of navigation. References available from last six months of sailing too.
