Looking for the working configuration in both the Network page in the YDEN-02 web UI and Connection page in OpenCPN from anyone successfully receiving a NMEA 0183 stream over IP from YDEN-02 into OpenCPN.

Yes.
You've to set up one of the three available server on YDEN-02 as NMEA0183 and a port of your choice. 10110 is commonly used. TCP or UDP.
In OCPN you create a UDP or TCP connection using the same port.
UDP is easiest. Then the address can be "localhost" or 0.0.0.0

I think it's well described in the YDEN-02 manual.
And, of course both devices must be on the same gateway/local network.
