What is this toolbar?

I have just updated my OCPN (and having other toolbar issues waiting to get an answer on). There is a new toolbar that I cannot find information about in the manual...what is it? See attached photo.

You enabled the InlandECDIS mode, which among other changes in behavior required by European river navigation regulations brings this toolbar. You can disable it again by unchecking the "Use Inland ECDIS" checkbox in Toolbox -> User interface
