flyspray.org website seems to be missing in action.

The OpenCPN website appears to be using PHP 7.4.33 now (I just checked).

I wonder if flyspray Flyspray 1.0-rc10 from April 2021 which is compatible with PHP 7.4 and PHP 8.0 would help the fix some of the issues with the present flyspray configuration? This version would be compatible with the PHP that the website is using.
