Tablet selection help plz

Looking for recommendations for a tablet that is daylight readable, USB port, SDcard expandable, Android, WiFi, bluetooth, reasonable speeds (yes subjective), 8 hours of more battery life, budget $400. To be used as a chartplotter on a sailboat. Sorry if this has been asked before. I did search and scroll thru threads.

I think 8-hour battery life while running a nav app with a daylight readable screen on is not achievable. Could be wrong, but it won't be the first time. If you find it, let me know. My iPad-loving wife will be jealous.

Greg, thanks for the replay. We are just up the street in Lusby. After 3 days of forum reading, google searching, online store looking I have come to the same conclusion. Found one for $159 but the GPS requires access to a cell network.

Let me suggest a backup battery added to the tablet to give it a longer life. I'm not sure how much you will need, but I use one like this to backup my tablet and my phone.
