Gps Satelites does show position now but Opencpn still does not

Only one program can at one time use the connection. when your program shown in your schreenshoot use the connection, Opencpn will not be able to do the same. Please quit all other programs using the same connection.

It is ridiculous how many times this issue has come up. How can we make this problem clearer?

I have added FAQ "GPS is not found by OpenCPN, but my GPS is working!" and also highlighted it in GPS Setup

Doubt it will help, but maybe it will.
