Does anyone have any updated information on how to install the GE Plugin using and locating and creating supplies of caches to be used in OpenCPN 3.2?

Check the manual for installing and activating the GE Plugin.

Thanks so much for the wealth of information. Once I get going I'll send you a link to my caches. Are there other links to caches already made by individuals and stored somewhere? Thanks again for all you do for the cruising community. Its greatly appreciated!!
